It was in a great and unbeatable location with Gondola Lift nearby.

The breakfast options are fantastic, the rooms are quiet with high-quality electric beds, and the location is fantastic being close to the ski resort.

Unique low-cost hotel with a great pool and mountain views. A wide array of bread and granola at breakfast.- Amazing area, perfect location adjacent to shops and places to eat.- Outside areas and the mountain provide a picturesque setting.- My favorite property in Bansko. 

Had a fantastic dinner at an awesome restaurant. The spot was perfect, right in the heart of everything I wanted to check out -- it was so convenient! 🌟

My stay was great, I loved that it's located right next to the gondola station, and the room I booked was brand new and styled in Austrian décor.

The spa is amazing, with a heated outdoor pool. There are stunning views of the mountain. They have a special corner for kids at breakfast and provide small bathrobes and slippers. The property is situated right next to the ski

A luxury hotel but in summer really more accessible, with lower prices and even offers that are quite worth taking advantage of. It is full of details and its location allows you to enjoy spectacular views 

The location was great as it was close to dining options, in the heart of the town, had both indoor and outdoor pools with a jacuzzi, and offered a luxurious and relaxing weekend getaway experience.

The hotel is luxury and spacious with genuinely professional and attentive staff members. It has the best possible and nice location to see Gondola Lift.- The services are VERY GOOD, including a clean pool.- Happy to have a bar in the reception.Kempinski 

This place is centrally located, right by the Ice Rink, and the restaurant serves excellent lunch and dinner with high-quality dishes.

I had a truly wonderful skiing holiday at Kempinski. The hotel's great location right at the base of the slope made it incredibly convenient for skiing. The architecture and ambiance were delightful, with wood everywhere and cozy fireplaces. 

kempinski justified my expectations.I had rellax and exellent weekend break.

Everything was as it should be in a 5 star hotel-excellent!
